And every week I just kept adding them to my to-do list. They just never got done.
I did have the Just-Do-It post it on my wall, but it didn’t seem to help….
I had to think of a way of getting to me to take action……
…… and thought about what was holding me back, and what I could do to help motivate me…..
The three key things were:
- How long will it take
- How much effort is involved
- What is the payback
I created a new type of action list, Effort, Impact, Time
I then found that my life brightened and I go those things done!!!
